Internal grinding	The internal diameter is Ø20mm~Ø280mm,the maximum outer diameter is Ø20mm~Ø380mm and the maximum length is 260mm.	We will also discuss the slenderness ratio of part needs to be condisered.
Geometrical tolerances	Parallelism, flatness, squareness, roundness & runout : 0.001mm ~ 0.002mm; concentricity : 0.002mm ~ 0.005mm; cylindricity : 0.002mm ~ 0.005mm	--

Quality Assurance

To ensure the quality of precision parts can fulfill customer's need, we carry out Total Quality Control with well-trained QC people in every process with high-end measuring facilities, our measuring equipments include Zeiss 3D coordinate measuring machine, hardness testing machine, vision measuring system, roundness instrument, contour measuring system & surface roughness tester. We also use SPC(statistical process control) to collect the inspection data in the processes of production. We find out the reasons of variation by using statistics to handle, calculate, analyze, diagram and tabulate them. If there are any reasons of variation, we will revise, eliminate and restrain them immediately so that the normal processes of production can be assured, the regulations can be assured, the regulations can be achieved and the quality level can be improved.
